  A nice little gem. It's a buffet with a small selection but they also have a menu you can order from. All or most of their veggies are homegrown and organic. The food was delicious and the service, waitress and boss, were super nice and helpful.

  Small buffet . Nice Chinese instrumental music. Clean place . But that's about it. I'm not from Rocky Mount area and had better choices to eat.Not sure how this place has 4 stars.may be no other choices around here..all the food in buffet were very dull and too much of soy sauce in everything. $14.50 for lunch buffet...killer!! Mei fun was watery....chicken broccoli was almost like chocolate color. Hot sour soup was sweeeet. Fruits were ok. There was a salad section too. Anyway good luck folks.

  Hing Ta is probably my favorite Chinese take-out restaurant ever. They have a great buffet if you're looking to eat in, but I really love eating Chinese at home and snuggled up on the couch.
  My favorite is the orange chicken. It is so light and flavorful. The sauce is fresh and tastes just like orange; nothing artificial about it! The chicken is juicy, white meat chicken and the breading is delicate and doesn't overwhelm the tender, juiciness of the chicken. I also love their spring rolls! The filling is full of flavor and not just stuffed with soggy cabbage. It's easy to find parking and quick to run in and grab your to-go order. The interior of the restaurant is full of Asian charm. Hing Ta is a real Rocky Mount gem.

  This restaurant had very delicious food. It was slightly different than the average Chinese buffet with what they offered. The ribeye with onion was my fave thing on the buffet. Our waitress was super helpful and made sure our glasses never went below half of a glass. Unfortunately I didn't grab any photos of the food because I gobbled it right up! After our meal, we were given warm towels to clean up. It was such a great touch and wasn't expected. I will definitely be back next time I'm in Rocky Mount.

  Lunch time at this all-you-can-eat Chinese buffet. Service was great from the waitress who cleared dirty dishes and refilled drinks and from the nice lady working the register with the big smile.
  
  The buffet isn't all that large and the stuff on there was just okay. Too much sauce and not enough protein. It was well taken care of and tidy but after two plates of mostly chicken with broccoli, I quite while I wasn't too far behind.
